Cekodok pisang

Last few days didn't cook anything interesting enough to post on my FP. Kata nak buat carrot cake tapi tak terbuat2 So, ptg tadi lepas penat mengemas TV kat umah, made some cekodokss pisang untuk minum petang.

3-4 ripe bananas
1 egg
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of baking soda

How to make:
1. Mash up the bananas and add in egg,sugar flour,baking powder and baking soda. The consintency and the sweetness of the mixture depends on you. Kalau nak byk rasa pisang then don't put too much flour, if you want the mixture to be a bit easier to fry, I suggest adding flour until it's thick enough to be spooned out. ( macam buat cucur biasa )
2. Heat up oil in pan and fry until golden brown.
3. Serve while still warm, with Kopi O' or Teh O'
