Balsamic Tomato-Basil Pasta

 
 
This is what I had for dinner last two days. Boring masak nasik and so happened I had some fresh basils in the fridge, so korek2 internet jumpa la recipe ni


"Balsamic Tomato-Basil Pasta"

Easy, not time-consuming and delicious. A must try

Here's the recipe:

Ingredients:

115 g any type pasta, your preference
4-5 fresh basil
1 garden fresh tomato, diced
5 ml extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic, chopped
1-2 dry chilli, sliced
12 ml good balsamic vinegar
grated parmesan cheese
salt
ground pepper
dry oregano leaves

How to make:

1. Boil pasta.
2. Saute garlic and dry chilli in olive oil.
3. Add tomatoes and cover, simmering for 7-10 minutes with the balsamic vinegar and seasonings until tomatoes fall apart.
4. Cut basil leaves and toss all ingredients together.
5. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top of pasta and serve.
