Garlic is good for your health :)
Yup, garlic is said to be very good for our health. A quote from an article I found on the net..
"..Garlic is one of the most beneficial natural food supplements. This is because of garlic's numerous significant health benefits. First of all, garlic helps to detoxify the body while enhancing the immune system. This makes garlic beneficial for fighting colds and infections. Garlic also is well known as a natural way to lower blood pressure while improving circulation. However, the benefits of garlic don't stop here. Garlic lowers blood lipid levels, helps to stabilize blood sugar levels, and may even help prevent ulcers. Garlic is helpful for virtually any disease or infection, making it one of the most popular herbal food supplements..." - Nutritional Center
..and not to forget, the "sweetest smell" that will defnitely take anybody's breath away everytime you open your mouth after consuming this nutritional veggie ( it is a veggie right? ) Just remember to get rid of the "aroma" before deciding to talk to anyone after you had your dose of garlics for the day okay!
Again, I never opt for recipes yg makan byk sgt ingredients. Believe it or not, this recipe only uses 4 ingredients! This recipe is one of the recipe that can be found in the Hall of Fame from Allrecipes.com..
Now, you don't need a pencil & paper to jot down this recipe; really..you can just memorize it!
3 cloves crushed garlic ( I used about 10g of garlic powder..I like it realllyyy Garlic-y )
60 ml olive oil
50 g grated Parmesan cheese
dry bread crumbs ( as much needed )
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
How to make:
1. Clean chicken breast and put aside.
2. In a small bowl, combine olive oil and crushed garlic ( or garlic powder ) and heat it in the microwave for 1-1 1/2 mins. Mix well ( or until garlic powder starts to desolve )
3. Dip chicken breats into oil and cover with bread crumbs that are mixed with grated Parmesan cheese.
4. Place in a shallow baking dish and bake in a preheated oven of 220deg until golden brown or until juices run clear.
** You can add dry herbs or papprika/cayenne pepper if u want ur chickies to have an extra kick to it.
** Squeeze a few drops of fresh lemon juice on top, and that'll make the chickies taste even better! I made some homemade sauce from the left-over olive oil I had
and by the way, I think this recipe is pretty much healthy..sbb you don't deep fry it So mmg tak oily langsung. Good for people yg on diet like me ( OH YEAH! ...totally forgot all about that )
Books made me feel hungry, which led me to cooking..and finally me posting the recipe here Don't worry people..I am studying..this is just a result from me taking my daily break from mengadap buku..
A few more days to go..yeay! ( seb baik la paper tak byk..fuhhhh ) Can't wait to get it done and over with!
